Club Description

A Welcome from our Club President
It is a great honour and pleasure for me to welcome you to our club website. I extend a warm welcome to all those who visit us this year. I hope their time here will be remembered with pleasure and the warmth of our friendship.

Naas Golf Club is located at Kerdiffstown, Naas, County Kildare.
A parkland course, with treelined fairways and a number of water features, it was founded in 1896 and now has in excess of 1,000 members.

greenkeeperVisitors are welcome Monday to Sunday, however pre-booking is advised. There is a practice ground, short game area and putting green on site. Trolley hire and booking details are available from the Pro-shop. Soft spikes are preferred to be worn on the course.

Catering Hours are from 11.00 am - 10.00 p.m. Additionally meals will be provided earlier and/or later with
pre-booking. The Caterer will be pleased to take orders for special parties and/or meals outside these times.

Bar
Golfers and those accompanying them are welcome to use the bar and lounges. Bar Hours are 10.30 am - 11.30 p.m. The dress code for Naas Golf Club is smart and informal.

naas_junior_cup Junior Cup TeamThe Naas Junior Cup Team and their mentors have now seetled in to their team hotel in Castlebar in preparation for their All-Ireland semi-final on Wednesday. Guided by their dedicated team manager Gerry Prendergast the team are being put through their paces and no stone will be left unturned in getting the team ready. Motivation will be high as this team tasted the bitter taste of All-Ireland defeat in Cork two years ago

 Rydercup460McGinley chosen as vice CaptainDarren Clarke , Thomas Bjorn  and Naas Golf Club Honary member Paul McGinley  have been named by Europe Ryder Cup captain Colin Montgomerie  as his vice captains. He was quite bullish during the announcement saying they had the qualities to help the team regain the Ryder Cup from the United States.

Repairing a pitch mark

Members are asked to take a few minutes to view the link below in relation to the proper way to repair pitch marks. All members should take note of this method and also encourage their playing partners and guests to repair their pitch marks.
